Frequently Asked Question

These are the pelvic floor muscles - the basis of a woman’s intimate health. They support the pelvic
organs, affect urination, and help us go through pregnancy and childbirth comfortably.
Training these muscles improves lymph flow and relieves painful menstrual symptoms. Good muscle
tone is also associated with high sexual sensitivity.

With regular training, you can expect results — such as less frequent urine leakage — within about 3-4
weeks. We recommend training once a day until your muscles become tired. As a rule, one workout lasts
15-20 minutes.

It is recommended to always consult your doctor before starting pelvic muscle training after giving birth.
We also remind you that intimate training is not allowed during pregnancy.

The name Kegel came from Arnold Kegel who was the first scientist to publish a study on the effects of
pelvic floor muscle training in 1948.
The doctor suggested that the weakness of the intimate muscles after childbirth is caused precisely by
sprains and microtears of muscle tissue. Accordingly, the best prevention seemed to be strengthening
muscles with the help of a group of exercises - Kegel exercises.
Kegel exercises strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, which support the uterus, bladder, small intestine
and rectum. You can do Kegel exercises, also known as pelvic floor muscle training, just about any time.
With the help of Pure Saada simulators, you can learn to isolate and exercise the correct muscles by
receiving real-time feedback and thus, tracking your progress.
